I am guessing that the magazine is pinned, making it legal by current CA law.How is this cali leagal, It has a detachable mag and pistol grip. isn't that an "assault rifle"?

Here's one that's got to be registered now under AB-50....Single-Shot DPMS lower with 22" UltraMag50 mag-fed bolt action upper.My lightweight .50bmg! Only 16lbs...I am guessing that the magazine is pinned, making it legal by current CA law.

I?m using a pushbutton 3-detent rear take down pin. When the rear take down pin is removed the upper pivots downward allowing me to reload it from the top of the mag. The 10 round mag is pinned into the lower receiver and cant be removed with out an allen wrench.how would you reload it?

Just another step by the liberals to take all our firearms away. Of course they claim it could be used for evil purposes or some such BS.Check out the letter from Ronnie Barrett, the owner and CEO of Barrett Firearms. He won't sell his rifles to the police or any other CA government agency now... good for him!Just wondering why they outlawed it?
