It is mandatory that you post a picture. On the internet if there is no picture it didn't happen!

Spend the extra and get a Firestorm over the spitfire it's quite a bit louder than the spitfire IMO.

i was looking at the Primos Alpha Dogg Predator Call with 75 Digital Sounds has any one used this befor or hear any good things about it?

I personally own 2 Foxpros & am happy with them, like most folks are (I assume).
Go to Foxpro's website and one of the sound lists shows favorite sounds by hunters input. Lightning Jack, DSG, coyote pup screams, coyote distress #3, female greeting / interrogation, female invitational, 2 or 3 male challenge, growling coyotes, various rodent distress & others I can't think of. In fact I have likely said some of these incorrectly, as I am just going from memory, which left me years ago. So, take some of this with a grain of salt in other words.
You can go through their list(s) and hear the sounds that sound best to you. Never mind the coyote, he'll come anyhow. Maybe! LOL

I wonder how their customer service is at Primo's? It's pretty hard to beat the service you get from the guys at FoxPro.
My thoughts exactly John. Those Alpha Dogs have not been around long, and it will be interesting to see how well the Customer service is when repairs are required. Now back to the original post, Congrats on the Coyote! Get those pics posted! lol

If I had to do over again, I think I'd go with an 18" upper, as light as possible. I would also skip getting any scope with any type of BDC reticle, because they are too busy. I know the DOPE on the rounds I use, and prefer to just dial in the drop. .75 MOA high at 100 yards = dead on at 220 with my 40 grain V-max rounds, for instance.
I have a foxpro spit-fire. It was around $150 I think. It works and you can put whatever sounds you want on it up to 24 sounds, but you can carry as many memory chips as you want, so it's really unlimited. You can also put an external speaker. I don't really use it for coyotes much, but I like to have it for crow calling and the siren locator.
Hope that gives you some ideas. I'm happy with my setup....just after using it for a while, those are the changes I'd make.

Thanks for the report.

I hunt with a RRA predator Persuit and love it. Hunting with an AR makes it easier to take multiple shots if needed. One thing I've been working on is trying to stay down on the scope to acquire multiple targets.
