Anyone have any idea what made this image. I took it out in front of my house with one of my trail cameras. I've been checking activity on my street since I installed the new fencing and this showed up. I've seen birds before but this doesn't appear to be a bird. Open to suggestions and yes the cameras are still out hoping for a repeat.

Yea that's a Poltergeist. Make sure your house isn't built over an old cemetery. If it is, you will need to find a female dwarf psychic or a native american shaman.

I immediately upon viewing this picture thought of the movie Poltergeist. We live near a creek where the oldest Native American site in the country was found. The camera took 63 pictures as I have it set to snap 3 frames each time. But of all the pictures I've taken this one is the most odd.

Is the streak running above and along the fence or perpendicular?

Any chance the camera is triggered by a sudden bright light or reflection, such as from a headlight? I'm noticing the reflection off several of the 'spear points' of the fence.

That is the reflection of the IR flash from the camera. There was nothing in the 1st or third pictures taken so whatever made the image was captured in the second image only.

I'm thinking it was probably a flying cat like this one:

I have an explanation that I know someone is going to call bs on. But I'll tell you anyway. What was captured is a phemonon that is similar to fireballs found rising in swamps. It is a light known as 'rods' that are sometimes caught on camera.www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-VHD7DLPds

Here is a you tube video:

for what its worth.

Its something small right on or near the lens. You can see it is in front of the fence post on the right. Maybe a hair is my guess but reflection of the flash on the lens is possible too. What was the time pattern of those three shots? Lets see the photo before it.

Little alien buzzing buy. Or one of those asian cockroaches flying on to your place to lay its eggs. :o :P
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

It takes a shot every one second and there was nothing in the first or third shot.

Looks to be a piece of silk from a silkworm floating in the air. Do you have mulberry trees near the cam?
