They are selling them here in Pasadena at the local Turners. Or should I say taking pre sales.

Why? It's pretty easy to limit the shot capacity if need be. Also, it's a pump and over the legal length, so, again, why? I think it's pretty sweet for the home defense realm.

They should be legal, not sure why you feel this way?
