Have you got to shoot it yet? I orderd one 5 months ago and am still waiting. Can't wait and am starting to get impatient. Give us a range report please.

I haven't had a chance to shoot it. I'll be taking it to Panoche Hills on the 19th of September. We have a pinata shoot going on. Oh by the way it took 7 months for mine.

Hey Danny, yep I put a 3# Timney on it. Yeah Stag states that 1" MOA. I'll let you know if this is valid. It should be with the 24" barrel. My RRA 20" Varmint A4 comes very close with Wolf ammo. Not sure on the weight of this beast but it is heavy so there will be no lugging this rifle around. When I get a chance I'll put it on one of our digital scales at work. Hum wonder how that will perk up my subornates????????

YIKES! I finally got this on a calibrated digital scale and good God it weighs 12.5 pounds unloaded. What a beast this thing is. Heck I'll have to look at a set of air shocks to haul this rifle around.

I can not take it you should have just shot me. I called them today and they said there is one with my name on it being shipped next week. I am keeping my fingers crossed.ps I read some where the modle 6 would shoot 1/2 moa. Here it is.Stag Model 6 Super VarminterCaliber: 5.56 Nato ChamberUpper: Forged and Mil Spec. I ordered mine directly from Chris. It was during the time of the Obama scare when parts just where not to be found. I knew from the very beginning it would take this long so I planned accordingly. I was just lucky to have found all the parts required for the lower within a month or so. I've had my lower completely built sitting waiting for the upper since February. With the manufacturers catching up normal lead times should be expected nowadays.

Yep, 1/2 MOA. My buddy has one and it sure is a shooter. Stag lower and a RRA 2-stage trigger with a Millet scope. That thing with Privi 75gr match ammo with punch 10rounds in .75 inch group. Some 3 shots have gone .25. Here is one we did a few months ago. Sighting in his gun.Close-up...http://img.photobuck...uff/Closeup.jpgPosted Image
