Bourbon Balls

1 pound powdered sugar1/2 cup butter2 cups pecansDash of salt6 tablespoons bourbon - I used 3 tablespoons vanilla and 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 bags chocolate Let pecans and bourbon soak Melt butter and mix into sugar then add nuts and sugar and cool in fridge till solid. Roll into balls and freeze once frozen. Melt chocolate in double boiler(add a little parafin wax if you don't want the chocolate to melt in your hand when eating)and dip balls in chocolate and place a pecan half on top. I used a cashew. Let chocolate set and enjoy!post-3-1275841074.jpg
