  1. Very Cool. Thanks for sharing John
  2. Bisley, congrats with your new baby girl! She sure is a beauty. I'm curious to know what the twist rate is on that bull barrel?
  3. SXS, to answer your question about the vx6 you're considering, one of my deer hunting buddies has a vx6 2-12x42 on his 300 win mag and he absolutely loves it especially the clarity because he has poor vision. I personally don't own any vx6 scopes because of the price being in excess of $1k. You can get the vx3 4.5-14 which is what I have for my 270 and 223 with almost just as good clarity for half the price of a vx6. However, if you don't mind spending the extra money then I don't think you can go wrong with a vx6 scope. I wish you all the best in choosing your new scope.
  4. I suggest a Leupold VX3 4.5-14×40 for around $500.
  5. Good job Steph!
  6. Can someone please explain how this does NOT violate the constitution's 4th Amendment?
  7. You can't go wrong with Leupold. I recommend the VX3 4.5-14×40 scope. It's currently on sale at for $499. It may be a little more expensive than some of the other cheaper brands but you get what you pay for. I have one for my 223 remington 700 and browning 270. It's a great all around scope for hunting varmints, predators, deer, etc.
