How important is this to do?

I took my new Ruger American rifle In 7.62 x39 out to the range this weekend . I put 100 rounds through it and when I disassembled it to clean it was like I didn't even shoot it . So I put it back in the safe dirty ,I don't clean my guns that often maybe every 500 rounds or so never had any issues .

    Cold water browns

SW i release all trout more fun to catch than eat , these fish are mostly holdover stock fish . Only the brookies are native and in most cases wild on this side . Also all my fishing is urban and i wouldn't eat these trout just due to runoff in the tidal waters .

    Soft Lures or Rubber worms

Those grubs work great on LMB and walleye here in NY on a 1/4 oz jig head chart , and white are best for me . Do any of you guys use senko baits . Wacky and texas rigged are money with a senko

It's good to know that east coast and west coast trout feed the same john. I fish rapalas 80% of the time and love a small jig when it's cold . White's pool jan tru march it's fun ,this is when it's best This rainbow was caught 1/4 mile north of this pool under a main road 1 mile from my house. Tidal waters

    Cold water browns

It been some what cold the last couple of weeks the water is in the low 40's air around 36 deg so the pickings are slim but a few browns will bite if i work hard enough . A few from last week on a rapala f3 black over gold ,fire tiger and rippleshad 1/32 jig . And my friend stu landed a half dozen on a dry fly .
